4 Week Natural Program Journal – Day 11
Had the day off went to some tiny beach with Russian girl from previous posts. Watched infield at hq. Was really feeling tired, was last night in proper accommodation had to pack for moving later today, however host let me stay an extra tired. Wanted to go out so I could make use of last night with proper pulling logistics, but I was too tired, exhausted, mentally tired, especially considering the night before, so I just got some well needed sleep.
